Overview

Prokhure is a specialized, single-sided digital vendor and eCommerce platform tailored exclusively for the oil and gas industry in West Africa. Backed by Reindeer Capital, Prokhure was conceptualized to deliver a modern IT solution to the traditional challenges associated with procuring oil and gas tools, materials, and equipment. Operating much like familiar digital marketplaces (such as Alibaba, Jumia, or Autochek), Prokhure includes customized add-ons designed specifically for the energy sector's unique operational needs.

Core Services & Operational Flow

Prokhure streamlines procurement through three main transaction pathways:

Direct eCommerce: Vendors list products, individuals make a purchase, and the platform coordinates with the warehouse and logistics systems to ensure delivery to the customer.
Corporate Procurement: Organizations can submit Material Requisitions (MR) or Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to the platform. Prokhure manages the vendor responses, performs a Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), and facilitates the final Purchase Order (PO) and delivery processes.
Project Sponsorship: Registered sponsors are notified of contract opportunities and can elect to finance a project on a vendor's behalf. Sponsors fund the project through the platform and receive their principal plus an agreed-upon percentage markup at a later date.
